Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth guest services across reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments. Candidates should have hotel operations or front-office experience, strong communication skills, sound decision-making ability, and familiarity with property-management systems. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous. The role requires a customer-focused, well-organised and flexible professional who can resolve complaints, coordinate teams, monitor service standards, manage emergencies, and support the hotel’s financial and operational targets. Shift work, weekends and public holidays are expected.
