Job Description

The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for creating personalised, memorable stays for guests at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. Requirements typically include previous experience in guest relations, front office, luxury hospitality or a similar customer-facing role; strong communication and problem-solving skills; professional presentation; and confidence using hotel systems. Fluency in English and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are expected. The successful candidate should be attentive, warm, culturally aware and comfortable handling guest requests, feedback and service recovery. Knowledge of Sydney, luxury service standards and Accor practices is advantageous.
