Job Description

The Guest Experience All Rounder supports a welcoming and efficient guest journey across front office, guest services, and other hotel operations as required. Typical duties include check-in and check-out, handling reservations and enquiries, responding to guest requests, processing payments, promoting hotel facilities, and assisting other departments during busy periods. Applicants should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a positive and flexible attitude, sound computer literacy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous hotel, tourism, or hospitality experience is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, maintain professional presentation, follow Accor service standards, and contribute positively to a multicultural team.
