Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service in the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and event areas. Typical requirements include hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, a professional presentation, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates should be comfortable taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, maintaining clean service areas, and following food-safety and responsible-service procedures. A positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences are expected. Knowledge of Australian hospitality practices and RSA certification may be required for alcohol service.
