Job Description

The Accounts Officer (Accounts Payable) supports the hotel’s finance department by processing supplier invoices, checking documentation, preparing payment records, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial files. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with relevant accounts payable experience, preferably in hospitality. Candidates should be familiar with accounting systems, Microsoft Office, invoice controls, and basic financial reporting. Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and sound organisational skills are essential. The successful candidate is expected to meet payment deadlines, follow Accor and hotel policies, communicate professionally with suppliers and departments, and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
