The Sales Manager will develop business from Western Europe and support Rixos and Accor properties across the GCC region. Strong knowledge of European source markets, GCC travel trends, account management, contracting, presentations, and CRM systems is expected. Company Info

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is a luxury beachfront resort in Dubai operated under the Rixos brand, part of Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups. The property combines upscale accommodation, restaurants, bars, entertainment, wellness facilities, and direct access to Jumeirah Beach. Rixos is known for an all-inclusive-inspired luxury experience, energetic service, and strong leisure, family, and lifestyle positioning. Accor provides the group with an international network, established commercial systems, loyalty programmes, training, and career mobility across multiple hotel brands and destinations. A sales role in this environment is likely to involve cultivating key accounts, growing room and group revenue, representing the resort at industry events, and coordinating market activity across the GCC and European source markets.

Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but it offers a highly international lifestyle across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the other emirates. Hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, events, finance, and technology provide strong employment opportunities, particularly for experienced international candidates. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large expatriate community; modest dress and respect for local customs are appreciated, especially during Ramadan. Dubai offers modern housing, beaches, dining, shopping, nightlife, and extensive public transport, although rent and schooling can be expensive. Employers normally sponsor work visas, residence permits, medical checks, and Emirates ID applications after hiring; candidates should not work on a tourist visa. Relocating employees should budget for deposits, transport, insurance, and initial accommodation. Salaries are generally tax-free from a UAE perspective, but personal tax obligations may remain in the employee’s home country.
