Job Description

The Housekeeping Team Leader supervises daily room-cleaning operations, allocates duties, checks room and public-area standards, supports room attendants, manages supplies, and communicates maintenance or guest issues to relevant departments. Candidates typically need previous housekeeping or hotel experience, strong attention to detail, good organisation, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, physical fitness, professional presentation, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays are expected. Familiarity with health, safety, hygiene, and hotel quality procedures is valuable.
