Job Description

The Associate Director of Sales supports the Director of Sales in driving corporate, conference, events and leisure business for Pullman Melbourne Albert Park. Requirements typically include several years of hotel sales experience, strong knowledge of the Melbourne market, proven account-management and business-development results, excellent communication skills, and confidence using sales and revenue systems. The successful candidate is expected to develop new accounts, maintain strategic client relationships, prepare proposals, conduct site inspections, negotiate contracts, meet revenue targets and work closely with revenue, events and operations teams. Leadership, commercial awareness, presentation skills, resilience and a strong focus on guest and client satisfaction are important.
