Job Description

The Commis Chef supports the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, plating and maintaining clean, organised work areas. Candidates are generally expected to have basic commercial cookery knowledge, a genuine interest in hospitality and the ability to follow recipes, food-safety procedures and direction from senior chefs. A relevant culinary qualification or kitchen experience is helpful but may not be essential.
