Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor – Banquets is responsible for coordinating banquet service, supervising restaurant and event staff, preparing function spaces, managing guest requests, and maintaining high service standards. Requirements generally include previous experience in hotel food and beverage or banqueting, strong communication skills, knowledge of service procedures, and the ability to lead a team in a busy environment. The successful candidate is expected to be professional, well presented, organised, flexible with shifts, and focused on guest satisfaction. Experience with event operations, point-of-sale systems, stock control, and workplace health and safety is advantageous. A responsible service of alcohol qualification may also be required.
