Job Description

The Portfolio Business Development Manager is responsible for growing revenue and market share across the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort portfolio. Requirements typically include strong hotel sales or business development experience, knowledge of corporate, leisure and group markets, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. The successful candidate is expected to identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, prepare proposals, conduct sales calls and presentations, support partnerships and events, monitor competitors, and achieve agreed revenue targets. Experience with hotel systems, CRM tools and sales reporting is advantageous. The role suits a proactive, well-organised candidate who can work collaboratively with hotel leadership and sales teams.
