Job Description

The F&B Guest Relations Executive welcomes guests, manages restaurant seating and reservations, explains menus and promotions, coordinates with service and kitchen teams, handles feedback, and helps ensure a memorable dining experience. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, strong English communication skills, a polished and friendly manner, and good knowledge of restaurant service standards. Additional languages, familiarity with hotel systems, and experience in a luxury resort are advantageous. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with the ability to remain calm, professional and attentive in a busy environment. A genuine interest in guest satisfaction, teamwork and upselling is important.
