Data Engineer III – Databricks

Job Description

This role involves designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines and scalable data solutions using Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL and cloud technologies. Candidates are expected to have strong experience in data engineering, data modelling, ETL development, Python or Scala, and working with large datasets. Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms, data governance, testing, CI/CD and Agile delivery is beneficial. The successful candidate should be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, improve data quality and performance, collaborate with analysts, developers and business stakeholders, and contribute to secure, reliable platforms. Senior-level communication, mentoring and ownership of deliverables are also expected.
