The Guest Relations Officer / Receptionist welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and payments, responds to enquiries, resolves concerns, and coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth stay. Candidates are expected to have previous hotel or guest-service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and confidence using front-office systems. Fluency in English is generally required; additional languages are an advantage.
