Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and related hotel areas to Sofitel and Accor standards. Duties typically include changing linen, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, dusting, reporting maintenance issues, handling lost property correctly, and respecting guest privacy. Candidates should be physically fit, well presented, reliable, and comfortable working on their feet while managing a daily room allocation. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is helpful, though training may be provided. The role requires attention to detail, efficient time management, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a multicultural team.
