Job Description

The Heartist Village Supervisor manages the resort’s employee accommodation and supports the wellbeing, safety, cleanliness and daily experience of colleagues living on site. Typical duties include supervising village facilities, coordinating maintenance and housekeeping concerns, enforcing accommodation policies, organizing recreational activities and handling resident feedback. Candidates should have experience in staff housing, accommodation operations, hospitality administration or a related supervisory role. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills are expected, together with the ability to work with a multicultural team. Familiarity with Indonesian employment practices, health and safety standards and basic reporting is useful. The role requires a hands-on, approachable personality, discretion and flexibility to respond to operational issues outside regular office hours.
