Job Description

The Overnight Front Office All Rounder supports hotel guests during night shifts, handling check-ins and check-outs, reservations, billing, guest requests, phone enquiries and night audit duties. The role may also assist with basic food and beverage service and overnight hotel operations. Candidates should have previous hotel or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, sound computer knowledge and a professional, welcoming manner. The ability to work independently, manage confidential financial information and remain calm when resolving guest concerns is important. Flexibility to work overnight, weekends and public holidays is expected. Familiarity with Opera or similar property-management systems, Australian work rights and responsible-service knowledge may be advantageous.
