The F&B Hostess welcomes guests, manages restaurant seating, handles reservations, presents menus, coordinates with service teams, and helps create a smooth dining experience. Candidates should have hospitality or restaurant experience, a warm and professional manner, good grooming, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. English is generally required; additional languages and knowledge of hotel systems are advantageous. The role requires teamwork, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Previous experience in an international hotel or resort is preferred.
