Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive supports HYDE Perth’s commercial performance by identifying new business, managing client relationships, responding to enquiries, arranging property visits, preparing proposals and helping achieve room, venue and event revenue targets. The role typically requires previous hospitality, hotel or business-to-business sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, confidence using sales and CRM systems, and good knowledge of the Perth market. Candidates are expected to be proactive, well organised, commercially aware and comfortable working with multiple departments. Flexibility, professional presentation, accurate follow-up and a genuine focus on guest and client satisfaction are important, along with the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
