The Sales Manager – Corporate is expected to generate and manage corporate business for Sofitel Dubai The Palm, building relationships with companies, travel buyers, event planners and key accounts. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, business or a related field, proven hotel sales experience in Dubai or the UAE, strong knowledge of the corporate market, and an established professional network. The candidate should be confident in negotiations, presentations, account management and revenue generation, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The role requires achieving sales targets, developing account plans, conducting client visits, preparing reports, coordinating with hotel departments and representing the Sofitel brand professionally.
