Job Description

The Junior Sous Chef supports the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, food preparation, service, and team coordination. Candidates should have professional culinary training and several years of experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant, preferably in an international luxury property. Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP standards, menu execution, portion control, stock management, and kitchen hygiene is expected. The successful candidate should be organized, creative, physically fit, and able to work under pressure while maintaining consistent quality. Good communication, leadership, teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are essential.
