Job Description

The Assistant Security Manager supports the Security Manager in protecting guests, employees, property and hotel assets at SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin. Requirements typically include relevant hotel security or law-enforcement experience, supervisory ability, knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, access control, CCTV and local safety regulations. First-aid, fire-safety and security training are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be alert, professional, physically fit, discreet and service-minded, with strong communication skills in Thai and preferably English. Responsibilities include supervising security officers, conducting patrols and investigations, managing incidents, coordinating with police or emergency services, maintaining reports, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and Accor standards.
