The Barista prepares high-quality coffee, tea and other beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service in The Hoxton Dublin’s lively food and drink environment. Candidates should have barista or hospitality experience, knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming and beverage presentation, and a strong understanding of hygiene and food-safety standards. The role requires excellent customer service, teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to work calmly during busy periods. Flexibility for early starts, evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and interest in creating a welcoming guest experience are important.
