Job Description

The Front Office Intern supports the reception team with guest arrivals, departures, reservations, check-in and check-out procedures, telephone calls, and general guest enquiries. Candidates should usually be studying hospitality, tourism, or a related subject, with good spoken English, a professional appearance, basic computer skills, and a genuine interest in guest service. Knowledge of additional languages and previous hotel or customer-service experience may be helpful. The role requires a friendly, confident, and organised approach, together with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful intern is expected to learn quickly, follow hotel standards, handle guest information discreetly, and work cooperatively in a busy international environment.
