Front Office Manager

Job Description

The Front Office Manager leads the reception and guest services team at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, reservations, billing, guest relations and complaint resolution. Candidates typically need previous hotel front-office or supervisory experience, strong communication and organisational skills, commercial awareness, and confidence using property-management systems. Experience with Opera or similar software is advantageous. The role requires a professional, welcoming manner, sound decision-making, attention to detail and the flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts. The successful candidate is expected to coach team members, maintain Accor service standards, support hotel revenue goals and create positive guest experiences.
