Company Info

25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird is a forthcoming lifestyle hotel in South Jakarta, operated under Accor’s 25hours Hotels brand. The brand is known for distinctive design, playful storytelling, independent character and locally inspired guest experiences rather than a standardized hotel feel. The Jakarta property is expected to combine accommodation with restaurants, bars, social spaces and event facilities aimed at both international visitors and the city’s creative, business and leisure communities. Accor is a major global hospitality group operating thousands of hotels, resorts and residences across numerous brands and markets. As part of Accor, the hotel can offer structured operational support, international standards, learning opportunities and career mobility, while the 25hours concept encourages individuality, warm service and a strong sense of place. Exact opening details, facilities and employment benefits may depend on the final project schedule and local operating arrangements.

Destination Guide

Indonesia offers hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, wellness, aviation and travel-related opportunities, especially in Jakarta on Java, Bali, Lombok, Batam and major resort islands. Jakarta provides the broadest corporate and hotel market, while Bali and Lombok offer more lifestyle-focused resort careers. Local culture values politeness, community, family ties and respect for religious diversity; dress and behavior should be adapted to the setting. Living costs vary widely: Jakarta has heavier traffic and a faster pace, while Bali offers a more relaxed environment but can be expensive in popular areas. Employers normally arrange or sponsor the appropriate work authorization, commonly involving a work permit and KITAS/ITAS. Foreign nationals must not work on a tourist or visa-on-arrival status. Relocating candidates should confirm sponsorship, housing, tax, insurance, medical checks and contract terms before arrival. Learning basic Indonesian is highly beneficial for daily life and workplace relationships.
