Job Description

The Steward supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage teams by washing dishes, utensils, cookware and equipment, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and service areas, handling waste safely, and following hygiene and food-safety standards. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, organised and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or commercial kitchen is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, good personal hygiene and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while following instructions and workplace safety procedures.
