Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service consistent with 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central standards. Candidates should have previous bar or hospitality experience, good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage presentation, and an understanding of hygiene, food safety, cash handling, and responsible alcohol service. Strong communication skills, a positive personality, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are expected. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. The successful candidate should maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, follow recipes and procedures, support colleagues, interact confidently with international guests, and contribute to an energetic, creative, and memorable bar experience.
