Job Description

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving room, meetings, events and broader hotel revenue at Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa. Requirements typically include strong luxury-hotel sales and marketing experience, proven commercial results, market knowledge, budgeting ability and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to lead the sales and marketing team, develop local and international accounts, manage key partnerships, support revenue strategies, represent the hotel professionally and build long-term relationships with corporate, leisure and group clients. Experience with luxury hospitality, digital marketing, distribution channels and the New Zealand market would be advantageous.
