Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and resort assets at Pullman Maldives All-Inclusive Resort. Requirements typically include previous hotel, resort or security experience, supervisory ability, good physical fitness, basic computer skills, incident-reporting knowledge and strong communication in English. First-aid, fire-safety, CCTV, access-control or security certifications are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead security officers, monitor resort areas, respond professionally to emergencies, enforce company procedures, maintain accurate records and coordinate with management and local authorities when required. Reliability, integrity, calm judgment, cultural awareness and flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays are essential.
