Candidates should have experience in human resources, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment, along with good knowledge of HR procedures and UAE employment practices. Strong communication, organization, confidentiality and computer skills are expected. The successful candidate should be approachable, service-minded, culturally aware and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced resort environment. Fluency in English is generally required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
