Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Job Description

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations, guest-room standards, public-area cleanliness, laundry coordination, inventory control, budgets and team scheduling. Candidates are expected to have previous supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally within an upscale or luxury property. Strong organization, attention to detail, leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a guest-focused attitude and the ability to handle inspections, maintenance follow-up and service recovery. Familiarity with housekeeping procedures, health and safety requirements and hotel systems is beneficial. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and changing shifts is normally required. English is likely important, while Spanish and other languages would be advantageous.
