Job Description

The Front Desk Agent welcomes guests, handles check-in and check-out, processes payments, manages reservations, answers enquiries, and coordinates with housekeeping and other departments. Candidates typically need previous hotel or customer-service experience, good communication skills, a professional appearance, and confidence using front-office systems. Fluency in English is generally required; Arabic and other languages are advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate should be friendly, efficient, accurate, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering warm, dependable service in line with ibis and Accor standards.
