The resort is part of Sofitel, Accor’s internationally recognised luxury hospitality brand, which operates hotels and resorts across the world. Its facilities typically include guest rooms and suites, restaurants, leisure amenities, spa services, pools, and event spaces. Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is a federation of seven emirates rather than an island, offering strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, construction, technology, healthcare, and finance. Dubai and Abu Dhabi have the largest employment markets, while Ras Al Khaimah is developing rapidly as a leisure and resort destination. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large international population; modest dress, respectful behaviour, and awareness of Islamic customs are important. Lifestyle options range from beaches, desert activities, and shopping to restaurants, cultural sites, and outdoor excursions. Employers commonly sponsor work visas for overseas hires. Employees usually need an entry permit, medical examination, Emirates ID, and residence visa, with the employer handling much of the process. Before relocating, confirm accommodation, transport, health insurance, working hours, leave, and benefits. Housing and transport support can significantly affect the value of a hospitality salary.
