Job Description

The Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering professional massages and wellness treatments in accordance with Swissôtel and spa standards. Candidates should hold a recognized massage or beauty therapy qualification, have practical experience in massage techniques, and demonstrate knowledge of hygiene, health and safety, and client care. Strong communication skills, a pleasant manner, discretion, and the ability to recommend suitable treatments are expected. The successful candidate should be confident assessing guest needs, maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, recording relevant client information, and providing a consistently relaxing and personalized experience. Previous experience in a hotel or luxury spa is advantageous. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
