The F&B Captain supervises daily restaurant or food-and-beverage service, leads waitstaff, assigns sections, checks presentation and service standards, handles guest requests, and coordinates with the kitchen and other departments. Candidates are generally expected to have previous hotel or restaurant experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, good English communication skills, and the ability to guide a team during busy periods. Customer-service skills, attention to detail, professional presentation, and knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures are essential. Experience with hotel point-of-sale systems and an international hospitality environment is advantageous. The successful candidate should be organized, guest-focused, flexible with shifts, and able to maintain Swissôtel and Accor service standards.
