Financial Controller

Job Description

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the hotel's accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, and compliance with Accor and Indonesian regulations. Candidates are generally expected to hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant experience in hotel finance, auditing, or a similar commercial environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Indonesian tax requirements, financial systems, and Microsoft Excel is important. The role requires accuracy, integrity, analytical ability, leadership, and clear communication with department heads and hotel management. Experience with hospitality systems and prior supervisory or controller-level responsibility would be advantageous.
