Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor – Nights leads overnight reception operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, guest enquiries, cash handling, night audit procedures, security checks and accurate handover to the daytime team. Requirements typically include previous hotel front-office or night-audit experience, strong English communication, sound computer and property-management-system skills, and the ability to work independently overnight. Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent customer service, attention to detail, calm decision-making, leadership and professional presentation.
