Job Description

The Kitchen Hand supports the kitchen team with food preparation, washing dishes, cleaning equipment and maintaining hygienic, organised work areas. The role may also involve receiving and storing supplies, assisting chefs during busy service periods and following food-safety procedures. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, comfortable standing for extended periods and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Good teamwork, a positive attitude and attention to cleanliness are essential. Previous commercial kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful but may not be required. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected, along with a willingness to follow instructions and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.
