Job Description

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in delivering smooth, welcoming and efficient guest service. Responsibilities typically include supervising reception operations, coordinating check-in and check-out, handling guest requests and complaints, supporting room allocation and billing, monitoring service standards, and assisting with team scheduling and training. Candidates are expected to have previous front office or supervisory experience in a hotel, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and confidence using hotel property-management systems. Fluency in English is generally required; Spanish and other languages are advantageous. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, commercially aware, comfortable working shifts, and able to motivate a diverse team in a busy lifestyle-hotel environment.
