Job Description

The Service Associate C will provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service across In Room Dining, banquet functions and Spice Market Café. Typical responsibilities include taking and confirming orders, serving meals and beverages, setting up and clearing tables, processing bills, maintaining cleanliness and following hotel food-safety standards. Candidates should have a pleasant personality, good grooming, basic English communication skills and a service-focused attitude. Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or café is helpful, although suitable entry-level applicants may be considered. The role requires teamwork, reliability, attention to detail and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Knowledge of additional languages and familiarity with point-of-sale systems would be an advantage.
