Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer welcomes guests, manages requests and feedback, coordinates with hotel departments, and helps ensure a smooth, personalised stay. Candidates typically need hotel or customer-service experience, strong spoken and written English, professional grooming, and good communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages and familiarity with hotel systems are advantageous. The role requires a friendly, calm and discreet manner, excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
