Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily room and public-area cleaning, assigns duties, checks standards, manages supplies, and supports guest satisfaction. Candidates are generally expected to have hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in an upscale or international property, with prior supervisory responsibility. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards are important. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as well as the ability to train colleagues, resolve operational issues, and maintain Shangri-La’s service standards.
