The Floor Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, accurate order handling, guest satisfaction and compliance with Shangri-La’s service standards. Typical requirements include relevant experience in hotel or restaurant operations, good English communication skills, knowledge of food and beverage service, and the ability to supervise and coach team members.
