Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations across assigned outlets, ensuring efficient service, guest satisfaction, hygiene, and compliance with Shangri-La standards. Candidates typically need relevant hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant, along with strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
