Job Description

The Bar Supervisor supports the smooth and profitable operation of the bar, supervising service, maintaining quality standards, controlling stock, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Candidates should have relevant bar or hospitality experience, strong knowledge of beverages, good communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities typically include staff scheduling, training, inventory checks, cash and billing control, hygiene compliance, and handling guest concerns. The successful candidate is expected to be professional, attentive, commercially aware, and comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in an upscale hotel, strong English communication, and knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits would be advantageous.
