The Service Associate – Finance Risk Control supports financial controls, audit readiness, compliance checks, and risk-monitoring activities within the hotel or business operation. Typical requirements include a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; strong attention to detail; basic knowledge of accounting procedures and internal controls; and good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience in hospitality finance, auditing, or shared services is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to maintain accurate records, follow company policies, identify irregularities, protect confidential information, meet reporting deadlines, and work cooperatively with finance and operational teams. Professional communication, integrity, analytical ability, and willingness to learn are important.
