Job Description

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the daily operation of restaurants, bars, banquets and other dining outlets. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in hospitality, food and beverage experience in a hotel or resort, strong knowledge of service standards, and good English communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to supervise and coach service teams, maintain guest satisfaction, monitor costs and stock, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, handle guest concerns professionally, and help achieve revenue and quality targets. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential, along with a hands-on leadership style and sound knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
