Accountant

Job Description

The Accountant is expected to maintain accurate financial records, prepare journals and reconciliations, support month-end and year-end closing, process invoices, monitor payments, and assist with financial reporting and audits. Candidates should have accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and good knowledge of accounting principles and relevant software. A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically preferred, while professional qualifications are advantageous. The role requires integrity, confidentiality, effective communication, and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy hospitality environment. Experience in hotels or other service businesses, together with good Excel skills and familiarity with Hong Kong accounting requirements, would be beneficial.
