Job Description

The Secretary – F&B Services supports the Food and Beverage department with administration, scheduling, correspondence, filing, meeting coordination and preparation of reports. Requirements typically include relevant secretarial or hospitality experience, strong written and spoken English, good computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Cantonese and Mandarin may be advantageous in Hong Kong. The successful candidate is expected to be organised, discreet, detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information, multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Good communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to coordinate effectively with restaurant, banquet, kitchen and hotel management teams are important. Previous experience in a luxury hotel or food and beverage environment would be beneficial.
